Dr.
Martinez is a native of Puerto Rico, she earned her doctor of dental
medicine degree from University of Puerto Rico in June 1992, receiving
distinguished honors and awards. She completed her residency and received
her certificate in pediatric dentistry from Medical College of Virginia.
Her advanced training included medically compromised children, oral and
IV sedation, general anesthesia and interceptive orthodontics.
She is board certified in pediatric dentistry and is a diplomate of the
American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Martinez entered private practice in Orange Park in 1994. She earned hospital staff privileges at Wolfson Children’s Hospital and Orange Park Surgery Center. She is an active member of the American Dental Association, American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, The American Orthodontics Society and Clay County Dental Society.
