Appointments
We attempt to schedule appointments at your convenience and when time is available. We request that you contact us 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. Another patient who needs our care could be scheduled, if we have sufficient time to notify them. We realize that the unexpected happens, but we ask for assistance in this regard.

- Acknowledgement of Receipt of Notice of Privacy Practices
